    The bar on Piazza Garibaldi involved in the four days of filming in Sulmona for the George Clooney film: the owner took down his outdoor gazebo for the production.

Piazza Garibaldi è il salotto di Sulmona: l’acquedotto medievale su un lato, il mercato due volte a settimana, i portici con i bar storici. Nel 2009 la piazza è diventata per quattro giorni il set di The American, con circa 1.600 comparse e una trentina di attività coinvolte — tra cui il Caffè Tucci, il cui titolare dovette smontare il gazebo esterno per lasciare campo libero alla macchina da presa.
