A 19th-century historic café under the arcades of the town hall, on Piazza Chanoux. Closed for years, it reopened in August 2022 with chef Paolo Griffa: today it combines a Michelin-starred restaurant, patisserie, salon de thé and cocktail bar, with the historic decagonal room known as "la Chapelle".

The historic café on Piazza Chanoux used as a location in season 4 of the series: it was closed at the time and was reopened specifically for filming, under an agreement with the City of Aosta.
Sotto i portici del municipio, in piazza Chanoux, il Caffè Nazionale è il caffè storico di Aosta dalla metà dell’Ottocento. Rimasto chiuso per anni, fu riaperto appositamente per le riprese della quarta stagione di Rocco Schiavone, grazie a un accordo con il Comune; dall’agosto 2022 è di nuovo aperto al pubblico con lo chef Paolo Griffa, tra ristorante stellato, pasticceria e cocktail bar.
