Closed for years, it reopened in August 2022 with chef Paolo Griffa: today it combines a Michelin-starred restaurant, patisserie, salon de thé and cocktail bar, with the historic decagonal room known as "la Chapelle".

Yes: it is a historic café under the arcades of Piazza Émile Chanoux in Aosta. At the time of the season 4 shoot it was closed, and was reopened specifically for filming; it then reopened to the public in August 2022 as "Paolo Griffa al Caffè Nazionale".
